I was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, while my parents were finishing their degrees at Winthrop University in Rock Hill. I spent my early childhood in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where both of my parents’ families are from, before moving to Union County, North Carolina, in elementary school, where I have lived ever since.

I am passionate about American muscle cars, football (cheering on the Carolina Panthers and Clemson Tigers), spending time at the lake in the summer, and playing golf. I am the proud father of two beautiful daughters. My oldest is a graduate of Western Carolina University, and currently lives in Ashville NC, while my youngest works full time and lives with her fiancé here in Union County! My children are by far my greatest achievement! 

Along with my over a dozen years in real estate I am actively involved in the Union County Chamber of Commerce and I am committed to giving back to my community. We participate in numerous local events throughout the year, such as toy drives at Christmas, 4th of July parades, and client appreciation events.
